Well after putting it off for months I finally went back to the gym this morning. I haven't trained since early February. So I have been putting it off but I missed it and made time. I was only there for 30 minutes which was enough to break me in running machine for 20 minutes and inner thighs machine for 10 min couple of reps of 15. So glad I left when I did because I can't open my legs properly today or yesterday So I have alot more breaking in to do so I'm going every morning next week. Guaranteed I won't be able to walk, cough or walk down stairs. But as strange as it is I actually like the feeling as I know I have worked my body. Motivational tips to get you to the gym Get your outfit.ready, a good gym outfit makes you feel good it's like wearing a nice dress on a night out same with your trainers, we all like shoes so invest in a good pair of comfy trainers. Get a training partner, or be your own partner. I personally like going on my own because you beat your nerves by going in to a new gym on your own and you don't have to rely on someone else plus you will meet new people the more you go. Make a routine, get up early if you can go before work, it's done and you feel good. Usually on first gym memberships they offer a personal training programme with an instructor they will show you how to work the machines and give a tour plus they will give you a training programme so you know what exercises to do when you go. Join the classes, I personally like the Tabata, TRX, boxing, spin and HIT classes. Even when you don't want to go... GO you will feel so much better and usually you have a better workout and glad you went. Remember your body is a machine and amazing it has the ability to do anything you want, so push yourself and see the results. Download a good music app so you can listen to feel good tunes when working out. Remember everyday you will get fitter and stronger and so will your mind. Feel good and own it, one day you will look back and think why didn't I do this earlier. you will find you can't stop and remember all progress starts outside your comfort zone.

- Family Camping Essentials List
I have put a list together what i usually prepare before camping, I usually leave my family camping essentials. list on the living room table so if something comes to mind i can always add it on before forgetting (i have a memory of a fish). I would then cross items off as i pack and put stuff ready by the front door i would start preparing about a week before we leave. I usually put the food list at the bottom of my list so i can fold it over and do a shop before we leave or on route to our destination so everything is fresh. I suggest using large strong shopping bags (bags for life) i find these are really handy to pack everything in. plus they fold up flat when not in use, or they can become handy as storage containers whilst in the tent. Pack your towels, games and saucepans plates and cutlery and utensils in them. I personally take a suitcase for me and the boys and i would keep it either in my room in the tent or in the boot of car. I would give them all they socks, underwear, sleepwear, towel and toiletries, plus their games/toys and blankets to personalise their own space. when packing the car or your van ideally leave the tent for last, because its the first thing you will need to pull out. if not like me i put the tent in first and pack around it using every compartment of the car even under the seats. top tip - put the children in with them sitting on their bedding (pillows, quilt) and pack around and over them! This video was part of our road trip up to Aldershot were stayed at Runways End Outdoor Centre. Camping Essentials List Putting up the tent - find a good spot - think which direction you want to sit in the night and where your entrance is to go in and out - everyone has a job - teamwork or tears. The best part of your workout isn’t your first few reps, it’s the last few reps. Think about it, those last few reps are what is finishing off the muscle. Even further than that, the last few sets are the most important. That is when you are most fatigued and do the most damage. Extra reps may be the difference between you needed for the results you want. So what if you could manage to get out an extra 1-3 reps? Wouldn’t that be great, almost game changing. Well now you can! Pure Creatine Monohydrate is your barebones, basic creatine. When we say pure, we mean PURE. Nothing but creatine monohydrate, no extra fluff or extra unnecessary stuff. Creatine works by converting into something called ATP, this is facilitated by an enzyme called creatine phosphokinase. ATP is the what the body actually uses for energy. The important part of this is that it is one enzyme away from energy, so it is super quick! The body has a small storage of creatine in the form of creatine phosphate, which is creatine + phosphagen. It is actually this form in which the enzyme creatine phospokinase will work with. ATP in the body also does not have a large amount of storage. Under normal circumstances between your ATP and Creatine Phosphate stores you have about 6-10 seconds of energy. Well here goes... I have decide to put pen to paper and get writing my first blog!!! ( I found it easier to write using pen and paper than typing first, although my first and second pen ran out). Firstly i want to say Thank you for visiting my page and secondly welcome to my world. I would like to introduce myself to you, my name is Nicola Clapham i am a 48 year old/young woman from Swansea. I am a mother to 3 handsome young men, no I am not biased. I recently got engaged to the best man ever, and I seriously mean that, I am a very lucky - but really he is the lucky one. What is the reason why i am here? below is a little or big bit of work history for you to see what kind of person i am, i done a lots of different jobs in between jobs - bar maid, cleaner, painter decorator, jack of all trades as they say. Work history I have worked from the age of 13. My first job was working for my mothers friend who had a fruit and vegetable stall in kwiksave gorseinon where i worked until the age of 18, where i left to work in a factory making car clutch cables for toyota and honda. then i worked in a local garage as a sales assistant, after my first was born, then i worked in a pupil referral unit which i supported young children with challenging behaviours. I then went to university and studied a BA Hons in childhood studies and social inclusion and worked part time in next ltd as sales assistant and had my 2 youngest sons. I then became proprietor of a childrens day nursery, which i had for 5 years. Unfortunately we closed, devastated was an understatement (that's another story) then i worked in the local gym as a receptionist, i then decided i missed working with children and therefore done agency working in schools, which ended me up in the first school i worked in, it felt as if my life had done a full circle. So i applied for a job in a children's secure home, which i loved but the shifts were really hard work with my children so i applied for an assistant managers job working in a house for adults with complex disabilities, i finished there because again i wasn't seeing my children due to the long hours and shifts, plus i was working extra hours due to staff shortages. so i decided i wanted an office job working monday to friday, no weekends, no evening, definitely no more nights or shifts. I got offered a job as an admin assistant which i enjoyed for 11 months - i was laid off in May! So as you can see i have had a variety of jobs but not all have worked out for me, however i have met some fabulous people along the who will be friends for life, plus experience in a lot of sectors and i have definitely learnt i can turn my hand to anything. I always remember someone saying "Nicola, every man's job is hard, until you learn it and do it". this i believe to be so true especially in my experience. Now i have decided to turn that hand in to digital marketing. On social media platforms i seen loads of people talking about it and affiliate marketing, which i never even knew about 2 weeks ago. I decided to research it and see what all the fuss was about and give it ago... and here i am. I wont say anymore i leave it for now, but please come back and i will be share my journey with you. - Family camping essentials
If you're anything like me, when you go Family camping you like it to be home from home, taking all the essentials. I used to take my boys camping all the time little weekends away or 2 weeks road trips. I always would take more than enough clothes, blankets and towels for the rainy days as mud would be everywhere and children stinking from doing mudslides in the rain. I had a small TV and dvds for the cwtchy nights and a fridge which i thought a must in the warmer weather. (that's if i had a pitch with electric) every nook and cranny in the car would be filled, before leaving. This picture was taken back in 2012 when i was dropped off and i booked a pitch for a couple of weeks at Bank farm down the Gower in Wales. Bank farm is a place i have been going camping for many years and it is great for the children they have an indoor swimming pool - which they can slide the roof back in the nice weather, a children's playground, tennis courts and a fabulous club house which has entertainment and serves good food. there are static caravans, tourers and tents and enough fields for you to have enough space. the view from the club house is amazing on a beautiful day you are overlooking port eynon. There is a seating area outside where you can have your meal and a drink while watching the children play in the park, very child friendly. highly recommend you visit. This tent i had then was a Vango 8 man tent. i will always go for a bigger tent so i can get everything and we all have enough space. I will put together all my top essential products that i recommend. i will be back soon
